Buy in the U.S.A.
Warren Buffett explains why he’s on a U.S. stock spending spree:
A simple rule dictates my buying: Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful. And most certainly, fear is now widespread, gripping even seasoned investors.
I’ve been thinking along the same lines for the last 2 weeks, but didn’t have the nerve/track-record/capital to actually follow through and back it up. (Plus, who in their right mind would take my word for it?) I’ve recently come to grips with the fact that over the long-term, the stock market is still in good shape. To reiterate, this crisis has little to do with the stock market, and a lot to do with credit.
See Graphs that lie for the long-term perspective. Also, How did it all happen?
